As the General Manager of the building, Tom is responsible for interacting closely with the Board to align the staff’s efforts to reflect the high standards of the community.
As part of his role, Tom is responsible for the overall operation of the building, including items such as landscaping, building cleanliness, service levels and technology. Residents are encouraged to speak with him on issues affecting the resident experience so that he may research the idea for the Board’s consideration.

Crystal Jones brings a unique combination of skills to the important role of Assistant General Manager.
Crystal oversees the operations of the Concierge and Housekeeping teams. Residents are invited to meet with Crystal to customize their personal day-to-day needs such as housekeeping, florals, package delivery, dry cleaning, car services and grocery delivery.
Robert CantuFACILITIES MANAGER

Adopting a hands-on approach, Robert and his team can often be found working with residents to ensure they are completely satisfied with their residence.
Robert will dispatch a team member to assist with items such as changing a changing light bulbs, replacing AC filter, small service, or a host of other items.
